Noah is a photographer, writer, editor and researcher living in New York, NY.
He is a graduate of Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in Athens, Ohio. While in college, he also studied the history of cultural radicals, global economic geography and the framework linking gender and environmental development.
Noah was on staff with The Wall Street Journal from 2009-2010 and has interned with The White House (under the Bush and Obama Administration), The Denver Post, The Concord Monitor and The Free Lance-Star.

i think it is kind of sad that these prisoners have to be paraded around downtown in front of everyone..it must be so embarrassing for them...especially in that clown suit!! the orange coat completely clashes with that red stripe jumpsuit and those red boots are ridiculous...what is the purpose of wearing that? imagine how that man must feel...what he is thinking behind that stare...i'd be burning with shame
