There seems to be alot of construction and suburban sprawl in the area.

Noah is a photographer, writer, editor and researcher living in New York, NY.
He is a graduate of Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in Athens, Ohio. While in college, he also studied the history of cultural radicals, global economic geography and the framework linking gender and environmental development.
Noah was on staff with The Wall Street Journal from 2009-2010 and has interned with The White House (under the Bush and Obama Administration), The Denver Post, The Concord Monitor and The Free Lance-Star.

Looking good dude.
solid man, as for sprawl, thats defintaly something you should look at. the DC area, though fredricksburg is a bit outside of that, is one of the largest metro areas in the country, though washington DC is only 500,000 strong. This region is all sprawl.
